About Us

We are Xenia & Arnd

Xenia is a German lawyer who advises German clients in Palma on buying property in Mallorca. She studied law in Düsseldorf and passed the bar exam in Cologne. Originally she is from Munich.

Arnd is an award-winning photographer who now works professionally as a photographer in Palma de Mallorca. His studio in Palma produces business portraits, corporate headshots and fine art photography. He accepts bookings across Southern and Central Europe. He also runs Predator SL in Portixol and manages property projects.

Xenia and Arnd are married. They had their civil ceremony in Potsdam and a church wedding in Mallorca.

We love to travel and eat. And we're passionate about photography and real estate.
